OIT Virus Notification Program
"What anti-virus software can I get from the
university? How do I install it? How do I update it?"
If you are a University of Maryland College Park student, faculty, or
staff member, you can get anti-virus software for your Windows or
Macintosh computer. The software is available for free if you download
the software or pick up a copy of the Getting Started CD at the OIT Helpdesk.
Use the following tables below to download, install, upgrade, and update
the
anti-virus
software for your Windows or Macintosh operating system:

XP
Note: This is the most current version of the
corporate/enterprise edition of VirusScan for Windows 2000 and XP systems.
