Corrupted Mailboxes On Unix

If you are using the mail program Pine and are told that your Inbox is corrupted, you may have a corrupted mailbox. You can do the following for the various Unix systems.

1. Log in to your WAM/Glue account.
2. At the prompt type:

               fixmail

   and press enter.

This should fix the problem. If you are still experiencing problems, the problem may be related to something other than a corrupt inbox (such as an over quota issue).
