If some events or tasks you have created in CorporateTime do not show up
on the Palm, even though other events do show up, it is probably because you
marked the events as "Personal" on CorporateTime, and have your preferences
set up on the Palm to hide your private activities.
To show private activities on the Palm:

Click on the Applications or Home
icon to return to the application selection screen.

Click on the Security icon.

Where it says Private Records: Show Hide, click on
Show.

If you have defined a password for your Palm device, you will need to
enter it.
Once you have done this, you will be able to see all events and tasks on your
Palm device.
If someone else picks up your Palm device at this point, they will be
able to see all of your private records. Therefore, it is a good idea
to hide them again when you are done looking at them. If this is too
cumbersome, there are third-party security applications available for
the Palm which will lock the entire device until a password is entered.
This has several advantages; in this situation, the advantage is that
it would not be necessary to hide your private records if a password
were required to access the entire device.
