Why Have Security Questions?

Security Questions are used to give your Directory information more privacy. Each time you look-up information about yourself, you will be prompted to answer these questions, therefore it may be a good idea to keep your answers short and to the point. Should these questions not be answered in advance and something happens to your account (e.g., you forget your password or someone breaks into your account) you will be required to Office of Information Technology (OIT) come into the Help Desk.
