OIT Help Desk Special Hours For Move-in Weekend |

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) Help Desk and Terrapin Technology Store will have special hours for the first week of the Fall 2011 Term. The Help Desk will be open for telephone calls and walk-in: Wednesday, August 24th through Friday, August 26th from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The Help Desk will have telephone support (only) on Saturday, August 27th and Sunday, August 28th, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The Terrapin Technology Store will be open in the Patuxent building, room 0120: Thursday, August 25th and Friday, August 26th from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Monday, August 29th from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. The OIT Help Desk and Terrapin Technology Store will resume normal hours on Monday, August 29th. Send us e-mail by opening your own IT Service Center ticket. Go to IT Service Center. Click on the Home button to log in using your Directory ID and Password. (New to the IT Service Center? Scroll down and read Solution 83830.) Click on the New Request button and when you are finished filling out the form click the Submit button to send your question to us.
