The Help Desk (Computer and Space Sciences building, Room 1400) supports Faculty/Staff and Students by providing both walk-in and telephone services.

Faculty/Staff Help Desk (301.405.1500)

Telephone and Walk-in support hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Student Help Desk (301.405.1400)

  • Telephone support hours:
      Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.,
      Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Walk-in support hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

ACT/Hardware Triage

Walk-in support hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
