The Help Desk (Computer and Space Sciences building, Room 1400) supports Faculty/Staff and Students by providing both walk-in and telephone services.

Faculty/Staff Help Desk (301.405.1500) Fall Hours

  • Telephone support hours:
    • Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Walk-in support hours:
    • Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Student Help Desk (301.405.1400) Fall Hours

  • Telephone support hours:
    • Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
    • Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Walk-in support hours:
    • Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

ACT Repair/Hardware Diagnosis Fall Hours

  • Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Campus Information Services (301.405.1000) Fall Hours

  • Telephone support hours:

  • All HOME football games on Saturday open 9:00 a.m. Until 5:30 p.m.
