OIT Help Desk Hardware Reservation Form
This form is used to request a reservation for hardware.

Only University of Maryland, College Park faculty, staff, and teaching assistants are eligible to rent hardware.

Please note that this request does not ensure a reservation until your request is confirmed by a staff member at the Office of Information Technology (OIT) Help Desk.

The online reservation system is currently down; please contact the OIT Help Desk by phone to reserve hardware.
