Administering a Mail@UMD Reflector

Adding or Deleting Subscriptions to a  Mail@umd Reflector

To populate your  Mail@umd reflector, go to the Mail@umd Reflector Management web site at  https://reflectors.umd.edu.

Type in your Directory ID and password, and click Submit. If you do not know your Directory ID or password, go to http://www.directory.umd.edu and use your UMID and pin to search for your Directory ID and reset your password.

Once you have successfully logged in, you will be taken to your Mail@umd Reflectors page.

To add a new subscriber to your list or delete an old subscriber:

  1. Click the Members button under the heading Mail Reflectors@umd.edu for....
  2. The Modifying Membership page will open, type the e-mail addresses of any new reflector subscribers in the field in the center of the page.  Manually delete any old addresses in this field.
  3. Be sure to use one of the formats listed at the bottom of the page.
  4. When you have finished entering new addresses or deleting old ones, click the Update Subscriptions button.
