How do I see the Bcc, Fcc, Lcc fields while composing Mail in Pine

While in Compose Message you normally see in the header of the message:

      To      :
      Cc      :
      Attchmnt:
      Subject :
    

If you need to see the Bcc, Fcc or Lcc Field, type control-r while in the header and you will now see:

      To      :
      Cc      :
      Bc      :
      Newsgrps:
      Fcc     :
      Lcc     :
      Attchmnt:
      Subject :
    

and you will be able to type what you need into those fields.
