Creating a Daily Note

To create a daily note in your agenda:

  1. Click on the New Daily Note icon.

  2. The New Daily Note screen will appear.

  3. Click on the People/Resources tab.
  4. In the Title field, type in a title for the note.
  5. Select the Date of the note.
  6. To add the note to other people's agendas, type each person's name in the Add: field and click the green check button. As each person is found, the names will appear in the list on the bottom of the screen.
  7. If the note occurs on a regular basis, click the Repeating button. Click here for more information about creating repeating meetings or notes.

  8. To create the note, click OK at the bottom of the screen.
