Granting Designate Privileges

What are Designate Privileges?

If you would like someone else to be able to set up meetings for you and answer meeting proposals sent to you by others, you can make someone else your Designate. You may have as many Designates as you wish.

How To Grant Designate Privileges

  1. Click on the Tools menu and select Access Rights....

  2. The Access Rights window will appear. Select a person from your list or type the person's name into the field and click the green check. Click the Full Designate Rights button.

  3. The selected person will now have full designate rights to modify your meetings, notes, and events.
