To view the details of a meeting that someone else has proposed or
to respond to an invitation:
- Click on the Meeting's title that appears in your agenda.

- The meeting details will appear. Next to
Your Reply, you
will see a drop-down menu. Click on this menu to see the meeting response
choices: I will attend, I will not attend, and I will
confirm later.
- Choose one of the options.
- You can also choose that time as Busy or Free on you calendar. The default
for all agenda items is Busy.

Whether you chose to attend or not to attend, you may check the box
labeled I would prefer another time to indicate that you
would prefer a different meeting time.
- To see a list of people invited to the meeting, click the People & Resources tab. Next to
each name, you will see an icon indicating their status.

- Click Update to make the changes you selected
or Cancel to return to the previous screen without
updating.
