  3. Select the date and time you would like to view.
  4. Next, specify who to include in your group view. Type the names of the people you'd like to include one at a time in the field next to the Find button, and click Find. If you have trouble finding the person, try using just their last name.
  5. A list will show the people who have been found who match what you typed in the Find box. Select the person or group you'd like to add in the box on the right, and click Add Selected. This will put the selected person into the field on the left.
  6. Click on the View button to view the group agenda.
  7. Red blocks of time indicate that one or more of people in the group view are not available.
