SBD stands for Student Bad Debt. It is one of the
applications that runs on the MVS
(Production CICS) System. It is used to keep track of
unpaid student bills.
It is used primarily by the bursar's office. There are
approximately 100 users, most of whom use it on a regular
basis. It is accessed from the CP-ONE menu on the MVS system.
