All of the Office of Information Technology, OIT Computer Labs on campus (and most of the other
computer
labs on campus) will not allow you to print unless you have a print
account. Sometimes students don't realize or remember this until
they try to print out their term paper from a computer lab (especially
if the student normally prints using their own printer), and they get stressed
trying to get a print account before their paper is due.
We recommend that you get a print account well before your papers are
due so that you can avoid this problem. Once you have a print account,
it stays with you until you leave/graduate the university, at which time
you can get back any print account funds left in your print account.
