ELMS Emergency Maintenance Service: May 8th 3:00 am - 6:00 am EDT Expected uptime: May 8 6:00 am Our ELMS (powered by Blackboard) environment is hosted by Blackboard and we have been working closely with Blackboard support engineers to determine the cause of the recent outages. In order to address the problem, Blackboard will need an additional maintenance window to apply fixes to the network at our hosted site. Blackboard will perform emergency maintenance during our regularly scheduled maintenance window this Friday, May 8, 2009 between the hours of 3 a.m. and 6 a.m. EDT. This maintenance is a continuation of the work that was done during the May 6, 2009 emergency window, which did not allow for enough time to conduct all necessary tasks. This maintenance will require reboots of core devices, therefore, users should expect intermittent delays or inability to access the hosted site during this time.
