Portal is currently experiencing problems importing new users

Accounts are being created correctly, but the attributes

that determine what is shown and how it is shown are not being imported. This presents affected users with an Out-of-the-Box user interface with no functionality. The portal group is working with vendor support to address the issue. The portal is typically the entry point into systems like Testudo, ELMS, and EMail. Till this issue has been resolved, affected users should visit those systems directly.
