Technical content from the Help Desk website has been moved to the IT Knowledge Base which is a collection of how-to articles and technical documents. No login is needed to search this collection for answers to common questions. You can access the IT Service Center by going to the URL itsc.umd.edu. Instructions for using the IT Knowledge Base can be found in the top three solutions. There are also built-in searches you can utilize to find all solutions for a particular subject matter area, as well as a keyword search option. If you don't find what you need, please let us know by logging into the IT Service Center and submitting a request, or by sending email to itsc@umd.edu. The Help Desk is also available by phone at 301.405.1500 Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. for personal assistance.
