The Office of Information Technology (OIT) Help Desk
(Computer
and Space Sciences building, Room 1400) supports faculty, staff
and students by providing both walk-in and telephone services.
The Help Desk and some associated OIT units will commence with Fall
hours on Monday, August 24, 2009. The Fall service hours are as follows.

- Telephone support hours:
- Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Walk-in support hours:
- Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Student Help Desk (301.405.1400) Fall Hours
- Telephone support hours:
- Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
- Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Walk-in support hours:
- Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
ACT Repair/Hardware Diagnosis Fall Hours
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Campus Information Services (301.405.1000) Fall Hours
- Telephone support hours:
- Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
- All HOME football games on Saturday open 9:00 a.m. Until 5:30 p.m.
