The OIT Help Desk
(Computer
and Space Sciences building, Room 1400) supports faculty, staff
and students by providing both walk-in and telephone services.
The Help Desk and some associated OIT units will commence with 2009 Spring
hours on Monday, January 26, 2009. In addition, some units will be available
for portions of move-in weekend, January 24-25, 2009. The Spring service
hours are as follows.
Faculty/Staff Help Desk (301.405.1500) Spring Hours
- Move-in weekend (January 24-25, 2009):
- Telephone support (only) from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- As of January 26, 2009:
- Telephone and Walk-in support hours:
- Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Student Help Desk (301.405.1400) Spring Hours

- Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
ACT Repair/Hardware Diagnosis Spring Hours
- Walk-in support hours:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
