Some tips for using the Office of Information Technology (OIT) Help Desk website:
- Even though they are not underlined, many of the category headings on
each page are hyperlinks; clicking them will display a complete list of
the web pages that fall into that category.
- Some categories end in an underlined ellpsis (...), indicating that
there are more web pages in that category. Clicking on the ellpsis will
display a complete list of those pages.
- The logo at the top of each page contains links you can click
on. Click on Home to return to the main page. If you're having
trouble finding exactly what you are looking for, click on the
Search link.
- The underlined links in each category are listed in alphabetical order
by title
