Contact the OIT Help Desk


The Office of Information Technology (OIT) Help Desk contacts are now handled via the problem tracking and knowledge base system, the IT Service Center (ITSC). The location, hours and phone numbers of the OIT Help Desk are listed here:

In lieu of sending e-mail via the old web form, you are now requested to login into ITSC and submit your request for help there. There are instructions for this procedure in the "Submit Request" section of this page:

For important or time-critical situations, or for help with e-mail problems, contacting the Help Desk in person or by phone during our service hours will generally yield quicker results.
